Prohibited content
You may not use the hosted operator console to generate, store, or publish:
- Malware, viruses, ransomware, exploit kits, phishing payloads, or any code intended to compromise systems or users.
- Content depicting the sexual exploitation of minors, in any form, real or generated. We report this content to the relevant authority without notice and terminate the account.
- Content that incites violence against an identifiable person or group, or that facilitates a credible threat to life.
- Listings for illegal goods or services (controlled substances outside lawful channels, stolen credentials, firearms outside licensed sale, trafficked labour, fraud-as-a-service).
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights you do not hold. Use the support channel to dispute notices you believe are wrongly filed against you.
Prohibited use
You may not use the service to:
- Publish content as if it were authored by a person who did not author it (impersonation, deepfake attribution, fabricated quotes presented as real).
- Run mass-spam campaigns, link-farms, or bulk-publish pages designed to manipulate search-engine rankings through deception. Genuine SEO is fine; doorway pages are not.
- Operate automated scraping or crawling against third parties at a scale that disrupts their services, bypasses their rate limits, or violates their terms.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the proprietary parts of the hosted console (the dashboard, the generation backend, the publish bridge). The WordPress plugin is GPL — those rights apply to plugin code, not to the hosted service.
- Attempt to access another operator's account, revisions, or paired sites without their authorisation.
- Interfere with the integrity of the service — overwhelm generation quotas through artificial means, abuse retry loops, probe for vulnerabilities outside a coordinated disclosure channel.
- Resell the hosted service as if it were your own, white-label, unless we agree in writing.
Generation guardrails
Generated revisions are produced by language-model inference. You are responsible for what you publish. Treat outputs as drafts that require your editorial judgment. The service does not enforce policy compliance on the content of your drafts — we enforce on what you publish to a paired WordPress site, and on patterns of use that indicate the policy is being broken.
Reporting abuse
Email abuse@ichorbuild.com if you believe content published through Ichorbuild violates this policy. Include the URL, a description of the violation, and your contact details. We acknowledge reports within two business days.
Suspension and cure
Where a breach is curable and the harm is reversible, we send notice with a 48-hour cure window. The dashboard will show a banner; the email will explain what to remove or change. If you respond and remediate within the window, the account stays open.
We do not offer a cure window where:
- The content is unlawful and ongoing.
- The breach is part of a pattern (third notice in 12 months).
- The breach endangers other operators, our infrastructure, or third parties.
- We are legally compelled to act faster.
During suspension you can access the support channel and download your generated revisions. You cannot generate new revisions or publish.
Termination
Repeated breach, severe breach, or failure to cure within the notice window terminates the account. On termination we delete generated revisions after 30 days unless you export them first; audit-log entries tied to financial events are retained per the schedule in the Privacy Notice.
Appeals
If you believe a suspension or termination was issued in error, email support@ichorbuild.com within 30 days of the decision. Include the account email and a description of the issue. A human will review and respond within seven business days. We do not run appeals through automation.
Coordinated disclosure
Found a security issue? Email security@ichorbuild.com with the details and reproduction steps. We acknowledge within two business days, fix as fast as we reasonably can, and credit you on a public advisory unless you ask us not to. We do not pursue good-faith researchers under this policy.
Changes
When this policy changes materially, we update the effective date at the top, bump the policy version, and re-prompt your dashboard for acceptance on next sign-in. Non-material edits (typos, link tweaks) do not bump the version.
