Who we are
The Ichorbuild marketing site and the Ichorbuild waitlist are operated by Vero Scale (ABN 95 987 726 537), an Australian business based in Sydney. Ichorbuild is a Vero Scale product line. Contact: hello@ichorbuild.com.
What "the service" means
"The service" means the hosted operator console — the dashboard at app.ichorbuild.com that lets you generate, edit, and publish page revisions to a paired WordPress site. It includes the generation backend, the publish bridge that signs and delivers revisions to your WordPress plugin, the stored revision history, and the support intake that routes to a human inbox.
The service does not include the WordPress plugin binary itself. The plugin is GPL-2.0-or-later and is independently usable. You can install, modify, and ship the plugin without ever using the hosted service.
Accounts and eligibility
You create an account through our identity provider (Clerk). You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under the law of your jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity on your account. One human, one account — sharing a single account across multiple humans breaks the audit trail and is not supported.
Acceptable use
Your use of the service is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these terms. Material breach of the AUP is grounds for immediate suspension and, in repeated or severe cases, termination.
Plans, billing, and payment
The service is offered on a paid subscription. Pricing, included quota, and overage handling are communicated to operators before a subscription begins. We process payments through Stripe. By starting a subscription you authorise recurring monthly billing on the payment method you provide until you cancel.
Charges are non-refundable except where required by law or where we explicitly agree in writing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access for the remainder of that period and your stored data is preserved per the retention rules in our Privacy Notice.
Your content and revisions
You retain ownership of the prompts, images, copy, and other inputs you supply, and of the generated revisions produced from them. We hold a limited licence to store, process, and serve your content solely to operate the service for you — for example, signing a revision so your WordPress plugin can accept it, or rendering a preview in the dashboard.
Generated revisions are produced by language-model inference. You are responsible for reviewing what you publish. We do not warrant that generated content is accurate, original, or fit for any particular purpose; treat outputs as drafts that require your judgment before they go live.
The plugin's licence
The Ichorbuild WordPress plugin is licensed
GPL-2.0-or-later. Its licence text ships with
the plugin in LICENCE.txt. If a sentence in these
terms ever conflicts with the GPL for plugin code, the GPL
governs. You can use, modify, fork, and redistribute the
plugin commercially; we do not restrict that.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms or the AUP, if your account is used in a way that endangers other users or the integrity of the service, or if we are legally required to. Where the breach is curable we will say so before terminating. You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription in the dashboard.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as-is and as-available. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated outputs will meet your specific requirements. Decisions about what to publish on your WordPress site are yours; we do not accept liability for the editorial choices you make using the service.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Australian law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes
When these terms change materially we update the effective date at the top, bump the policy version, and re-prompt your dashboard for acceptance on next sign-in. Non-material edits (typos, layout, link tweaks) do not bump the version. The version that applied at the time you accepted governs any dispute about your prior use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, except where statutory rights require otherwise.
